Ribs - Dry Rub (RP) (BACK TO TOP) |
Ingredients:
- Full Rack of Beef or Pork Ribs Directions: Lightly coat the ribs with the garlic salt, and onion powder. Put twice as much chili powder as the garlic powder. On a gas grill keep the heat low and slow cook it for 1 to 1.5 hours, flipping the ribs every 10 to 15 minutes. For a charcoal grill wrap the ribs in foal so that the ribs do not burn or cook to quickly. Cook it for an hour on the coals flipping it every 15 minutes. Unwrap the ribs and let it continue to cook on each side for 10 more minutes. Then cut up the ribs and serve. |

Ingredients:
- Full Rack of Beef or Pork Ribs Directions: Lightly coat the ribs with the garlic salt, and onion powder. Put twice as much chili powder as the garlic powder. Place the ribs in a smoker using mesquite or hickory wood chips. Flip the ribs every 15 minutes and let them slow cook for 1 to 1.5 hours or until cooked thoroughly. Serve them plain, with your favorite bbq sauce or use one listed below. |
Ribs - Spicy BBQ (H/S)(RP) (BACK TO TOP) |
Ingredients:
- Full Rack of Beef or Pork Ribs Directions: First empty the bbq sauce into a bowl. Add a quarter of the liquid smoke to the bbq sauce. Then add 1 tsp of garlic salt, chili powder, and onion powder to the sauce. Next add half a tsp of the chipotle powder to the sauce. Mix well, it should thin out the sauce some. First pour on liquid smoke to the ribs, use your hands to rub it in to coat the ribs well. Now lightly coat the ribs with the garlic salt, onion powder, and chipotle powder. Use twice as much chili powder as you did the other ingredients. On a gas grill keep the heat low and slow cook it for 1 hour, flipping the ribs every 10 to 15 minutes. For a charcoal grill wrap the ribs in foal so that the ribs do not burn or cook to quickly. Cook it for an hour on the coals flipping it every 15 minutes. Unwrap the ribs and let it continue to cook on each side for 10 more minutes. Next coat each side of the ribs with the bbq sauce and continue cook them for another 30 minutes. Flip them every 5 minutes and coat the side facing up. Then cut up the ribs and serve. |
BBQ Chicken (BACK TO TOP) |
Ingredients:
- Garlic Salt w/ Parsley Directions: First empty the bbq sauce into a bowl. Add a quarter of the liquid smoke to the bbq sauce. Then add 1 tsp of garlic salt, chili powder, and onion powder to the sauce. Mix well, it should thin out the sauce some. Next soak the chicken in the liquid smoke coating the chicken well with the garlic salt, chili powder, and onion powder. Refrigerate this for 30 minutes to allow time to marinate. Cook on gas or charcoal keeping it to a low/medium heat to slow cook the chicken. This will keep the chicken from drying out. Cook for 20 minutes. Next coat the chicken in the bbq sauce and continue cooking for 8 more minutes, flipping the chicken every 2 minutes and coating the side facing up with the sauce. Serve with your favorite sides. |
