-3lbs. of ground
beef, preferably 80/20 meat mix Directions: Brown
the hamburger meat in a large pot. You can drain the grease from it or keep
cooking it until it is gone. Next add all the spices and canned ingredients.
Bring it to a boil then reduce the heat to a simmer and cover. A secret to a
great tasting chili is to slow cook it. I let my chili simmer for around 2
hours. Be sure to stir every now and then. |
